Cinderbloc makes a great room for all kinds of celebrations and gatherings of 70 people or under, less with the addition of tables and chairs, which brings the number comfortably to 35-40. Seating for up to 35 and a few basic folding plastic tables also included, tablecloths recommended.
$675 covers a 4 hour function from 7-11pm (or earlier), with an additional hour for load in/set-up, plus 30 mins for load-out/tidying included, for a total rental period of 5.5 hours (6pm-11:30pm). Additional hours are billed at $100/hr, with an 11pm curfew, later hours can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
All functions are subject to a $200 cleaning/damage deposit. Typically 50-75% is refunded the following day, once the cleaners have clocked out and we can gauge the cleaning cost.

*Add the loft side to your rental and save 15% off the cost of both bookings!*Consider hosting a small wedding/elopement at Cinderbloc! With its rustic-reclaimed charm and 18’ ceilings, the studio is great for small intimate gatherings of 75 people or less, depending on setup.
You can put your friends and family to work the morning-of to decorate the space and make the studio more authentically your own.
our rate of $1495 + a $200 cleaning deposit + a $300 damage deposit gives you full day access, as early as 5am, with standard wrap time being 12:00am, and a hard exit for 1am. The $300 damage deposit is fully refundable following the post-party inspection, assuming nothing requires repair or attention, while the $200 cleaning fee is up to 75% refundable if you're willing to do the post-party checklist. It can also be forfeit if you'd prefer to party and leave, because nobody really wants to clean on their wedding night! We are happy to lock up ~some~ gear for the evening/weekend too, depending on size.
Temporary insurance / special occasions liquor license required, we are happy to offer guidance
*Add the loft for an additional $1000 (+$300 cleaning deposit), and have the entire top floor of the building to yourself! Dance party on one side, cocktail party on the other. Having both sides allows for a reception of up to 110 people during bad weather, and 140 people during patio season.

Cinderbloc Studio makes a great sound stage and production headquarters, either alone or combined with Cinderloft! Rentals also available for crews looking to leave set-ups overnight, and have a home base for digital asset management stations.
