*Please account for load-in, set-up, and break-down times when planning your rental hours.
Ideal for mostly-standing cocktail-style events of 30-40 people during bad weather, or up to 65 people during the warmer months when the patio can be utilized. Perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, game-nights/small dinner parties, or any other reason to gather and celebrate!
$675 covers a 4 hour function, with an additional hour for load in/set-up, plus 30 mins for cleaning/load-out included at the end, for a total rental period of 5.5 hours. Additional hours are billed at $125/hr, 11:00pm curfew.
Later hours can be discussed on a case by case basis.
All functions are subject to a $300 cleaning/damage deposit, of which typically 50-75% is refunded the following day, once the cleaners have serviced the room and we can gauge their time.

Cinderloft makes a great addition to Cinderbloc for workshops!
Create extra break-out spaces, have lunch breaks on the patio, and take advantage of having the addition of a full kitchen and a big cozy living room.
Rental includes full or half-day use of the entire space - seating for 10-15 patrons, as well as all other standard rental amenities that we offer.
Cinderloft Workshops:

Cinderbloc Workshops:
Half day (up to 5 hours) - $395

**All workshops have a 6:00PM curfew**The loft can be rented individually, or in conjunction with Cinderbloc for smaller weddings and elopements, rehearsal dinners, gift openings, as well as making a perfect
"bridal party prep house" on wedding day!
For an additional $1000 (+$300 cleaning/damage deposit) to our Cinderbloc wedding rate you essentially double the size of your venue, which also allows for a reception of 110-140 people depending on the season.
Spend the whole morning with your bridal party in the loft getting ready for the big day! With plenty of room for hair/MUA teams to set up their own stations, you can enjoy bevvies on the patio with your friends while you wait your turn in the chair.
Access as early as 5am, with a negotiable exit for 3pm. You're welcome to compile and leave some belongings in our storage until after the wedding as well, within reason.
Much more comfortable than a hotel, and WAYYY better lighting that your photographer will love!
$595 plus a $300 cleaning deposit (up to 75% refundable).
Add Cinderbloc on for an additional $250 to incorporate our legendary natural lighting, perfect for controlled environment portraits once you are wedding-ready!
